I’ve been planning and working on setting my clients up for success in their life and business for the last quarter of this year. The following is some of their homework. I wanted to share it with you because it is a powerful project to help you focus on what is most impactful for your life and business. Answer these questions twice. Once for business and once for your personal life. And then get going.
Start with writing down your end-game goal. What do you want to achieve by the end of this year?
G-Goals: what do you need to achieve?
R-Reality: what is actually happening?
O-Options: what could you do?
W-Will: what will you do?
T-Tactics: how and when will you do it?
H-Habits: how will you sustain it?
Once you answer these questions in depth and in detail, then work on your plan of action daily, even when it gets redundant and hard. A friend recently shared with me that her dad reminds her regularly to “Plan your work and work your plan.” — Molly’s dad
Good tangible advice!
