Wellness Begins with Fitness

In addition to being a professional Success Coach, I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, 500 HR RYT, and an Experienced Mindful Meditation Teacher. I hold multiple certifications in Fitness and Wellness, and have been a Fitness Professional since 2004.

 

I offer the following Fitness + Wellness services:

  • Virtual Personal Training
  • Individually curated, four-week virtual workout programs (including a sample meal plan and a recorded meditation)

 

To reach your full potential in life, business, and relationships, having a regular wellness and fitness routine is essential.

 

Virtual Personal Training (Small Group Training Available)

  • One to three 30-minute sessions per week for four weeks
  • New sessions start at the beginning of each month
  • Sample meal plan
  • Two recorded meditations

 

Individual Workout Program

Wellness is the active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness. It is a dynamic process of change and growth, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

 

One of the biggest untruths I see as far as fitness goes is that people believe it takes a lot of time and effort — it does not. It takes a plan, accountability, and consistency.

 

Whether you’re a beginner or you’re in amazing shape I can train you. I have clients from age 25 to 70, some are super fit and some are not.

 

My approach and focus is on training my clients to be fit and healthy, not to focus on losing weight or being skinny. I do not ask my clients to weigh themselves and I do not train according to the scales.

 

If you eat well and exercise regularly you will find your optimal weight. And a better physique is a bonus!
