4 Things to Do to Achieve Success With Balance

Now is such an incredible time to be a woman! At last we are finding our voice and our confidence. We are learning that we are worthy of it all. We can have a family, a career, and a social life, if that’s what we choose. At the same time, it can be tempting to try and take on every project or goal we have in our sights. Why? Because we are worthy. But before we overreach, before we stress ourselves out trying to do it all, we might want to consider how to achieve success with balance in our lives.

Success With Balance is Available to Us for the Taking

Trying to take on everything at once can be tricky. We can have it all and we can do it all — maybe just not all at once. Perform the following 4 steps to avoid overreaching and to achieve success with balance. Balance, in turn, will not only help you reach all of your goals, but will help you be healthier and possibly even live longer because you will be more focused and not so stressed out. 

1. Create a List

Write down everything you did last week in chronological order. I can hear you right now saying, “I don’t have time for that BS!” Yes you do, if you want to achieve success with balance and to continue on the path to being an Audacious Woman. And who doesn’t?

2. Revise the List

From the list of everything you did last week, create a new list excluding the tasks that you can and should delegate to someone else. This new list should only include things that make you money or free up time for self-care or time spent with loved ones. Nothing else!

3. Create a Delegate List

Those delegated  tasks you excluded from your revised list in step 2? Now create a new list made up of these tasks. The Delegate list includes all of the tasks you do that could be better done by delegating them to someone else — cleaning your house, running errands, meal prep, sorting emails, keeping up with your calendar. Your time equates to dollars. How much is an hour of your time worth? If you delegate those tasks that are not making you money or giving you time to truly live, you are freed to spend that time on what’s important in your life. Don’t think you can’t afford it. You can’t afford not to! What are you spending money on that isn’t necessary? What can you sell?

4. BE RELENTLESS WITH YOUR TIME!

You can never earn more time and you can never take time back.
