I check in every day, answering emails and sharing new tips, tricks, and expertise. My goal is to help you meet your optimal physical and mental fitness. I use a combination of strength training workouts and Modern Mindfulness practice. Each workout is designed to create the healthy lifestyle you deserve and desire — and each workout is sprinkled with a little audacity.
 
I coach individuals and small groups to reach their peak fitness levels. To reach and sustain a fit and healthy lifestyle, you must develop both physical fitness and mental fitness through strength training and Modern Mindfulness practice. Sprinkle each with a touch of audacity and life is sweet.

Fitness Coaching will help you achieve optimal fitness by designing a personalized fitness and Modern Mindfulness program.

The Modern Mindfulness course is an eight-week course consisting of one live session each week via Zoom along with daily audio recordings of modern mindfulness practice.
