I coach individuals and small groups to perform at their peak and achieve amazing results in their lives. My approach is that you must develop both physical fitness and mindfulness to achieve overall wellness. My expertise and education include personal training, yoga, and mindfulness practice, each of which is sprinkled with a little audacity.
